I love living at theory! There are great amenities like the gym, courtyard, study rooms, and game room. The apartments are modern and clean with appliances that work well. If there is any issue with an appliance maintenance arrives the same day to help fix it. The top floor is chill. The staff is friendly and always helps! Overall the apartment building is clean.

I love living at theory! The amenities are amazing and the staff is so responsive, kind, and caring. Both maintenance & office staff always respond in a timely manner and are very personable. Picking up packages is a breeze, and I love the variety of community events the staff puts together!

We were very very impressed with our visit! Everything in the building was spotless, staff was professional, personal and extremely helpful. We were welcomed in, encouraged to ask questions, we were not rushed to make any decisions and offered snacks, drinks, to sit down and take our time. We were given easy to understand information, layouts of rooms and payment options. Your staff , including your housing manager took a stressful and nervous situation for us and made it easy and pleasant!!!! Especially our tour guide. She was very professional, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable with this new environment. Any silly questions we had (as parents) were answered clearly, without judgment and she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She is a tremendous asset to your company! We viewed many other housing and without a doubt, Theory stands above the rest. We highly recommend!!

This company has a true gem when it comes to my leasing consultant, Samantha! It's truly rare to find somebody as hardworking, caring and passionate. I truly believe she puts her blood, sweat, and tears into everything she does and it shows. She had such in-depth knowledge on all of the properties amenities including the hot tub, two saunas, a gym, outdoor theatre, fire pits and more! She readily provided details about each unit, allowing me to make an informed decision. I could tell that she truly cared about me and my experience. Her friendly and approachable attitude make me feel comfortable asking questions and exploring all my options. She made the entire apartment search process incredibly smooth from start to finish and I truly appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude. Not to mention-the property is gorgeous! Keep up with the good work!!

I really like living here! Super close to campus, free shuttle service, and a space to call my own. There's also monthly events, many of which involve free food ;)

Living at theory has been great! They are super fast with maintenance requests and the common areas are always well kept. I Love having the shuttle to take to campus and the giveaways are a fun bonus!
